Hi, I’m Raul. I’ve been fixing computers in Brooklyn for over 23 years.
Short Circuited started in 2003 as a one-bench repair shop fixing the kind of computer problems most other techs wouldn’t touch — laptop motherboards, dead power jacks, water-damaged MacBooks, the works. Within a few years dentists in Brooklyn started calling about their Dentrix servers, then their Eaglesoft installs, then their imaging bridges. Word got around.
Today we serve dental and medical practices across the five boroughs, plus residential and small-business clients who walk in off Lincoln Place.
