What if something breaks after hours?

Shield and Pro plans include monitoring that catches most issues before they affect you. Enterprise includes 24/7 emergency support. For Pro, after-hours emergencies are billed at a flat $150/visit — no surprise invoices.

Do you support cloud PMS like Curve Dental or Dentrix Ascend?

Yes. We support all major cloud and on-premise PMS platforms: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, Carestream, SoftDent, PracticeWorks, and more.

What happens if we get hit with ransomware?

Our Pro and Enterprise plans include encrypted, offsite backups with tested restore procedures. If the worst happens, we have you back online same-day — no ransom paid, no data lost.

I have 15 workstations. Do I need Enterprise?

Not necessarily. Pro covers up to 10 workstations, and additional workstations are just $75/month each. Give us a call and we'll figure out the right fit — no upselling.

Do you do one-off repairs too?

Of course. We've been fixing computers in Brooklyn since 2003. But if you're calling us more than twice a quarter, a monthly plan almost always saves you money.
